New 20kW, 10kW Isolated DC-DC Converters
We are proud to announce that our 20kW and 10kW isolated DC-DC Converters with liquid cooling are finally on our website.
One month ago, we at Zekalabs announced that we have developed the new TinoPrime 20kW and 10kW isolated DC-DC converters with liquid cooling. Today, we are ready to present them to you with more technical and application information.
The TinoPrime 20kW and 10kW converters offers you a perfect building block for on-board integration in hybrid or EV applications. Its compact size (300mm x 300mm x 100mm) together with its modest weight of 17.4kg, it will easily fuse with your system and infrastructure.
With its maximum current of 500A on its low-voltage side, TinoPrime is ready for battle and is especially compatible with fuel-cell oriented applications. The device provides integrated precharge, contactors as well as EMC filtering and achieves efficiency greater than 95%.
Moreover, we have implemented bidirectional energy transfer as well as liquid cooling with IP 67 level of protection.
Two communication interfaces are available - MODBUS RTU over RS485
and CAN (custom protocol).
